Alon Rom

Adv. Alon Rom is a Justice of the Peace (retired) with extensive judicial experience in the Ashdod, Ashkelon, and Eilat Magistrates’ Courts. He is an expert in criminal, white-collar, taxation, and family law, and currently serves as a lawyer, mediator, and lecturer in the fields of civil, administrative, criminal, white-collar, tax, environmental, youth, and family law.

He has extensive experience as a mediator, having represented hundreds of cases, and is an expert in administrative and municipal law in addition to criminal law.

Retired Judge Alon Rom joined the legal team at the office of Adv. Sharon Nahari, representing and accompanying complex cases and outlining legal strategy, drawing on his extensive experience from his years on the bench.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, he began his professional career as a lawyer and served as a defense attorney, representing clients in complex cases before various tribunals for more than 20 years before his appointment to the bench.

Since retiring from the judiciary, he advises private clients and business entities, serves as a mediator in a range of disputes, and is a respected lecturer in academia at the Faculty of Law.
