Susanne Tölke

Susanne Tölke has practiced law since 1992, based in Vechta, Germany. She graduated from the University of Münster (1985–1989) and completed her second state law examination at the Oberlandesgericht Oldenburg (1990–1992) as part of her legal clerkship.

Her practice centers on criminal law, alongside marriage and family law and civil traffic law. Drawing on decades of experience, she advises on custody disputes, divorce, inheritance disputes, and living wills, in addition to her criminal defense work.

With strong English-language capability and a multinational network of professional colleagues both within and outside the EU, she works with clients from initial consultation through to international proceedings where a purely domestic resolution isn’t possible.
